Use Play Rustverse below. If Steam does not connect you, open Rust, press F1 and use the client.connect command shown underneath.
The live card shows current population and the next wipe when that date has been published. Discord is the place to check announcements and any blueprint-reset detail.
Read the in-game welcome information and current rules before settling in. Check the available kits and commands in-game rather than relying on an old list.

ContinueRustverse has a maximum team size of 12. Check the current rules for alliances and cooperation. Offline Raid Protection is part of the server, but check the current activation delay, eligibility and limits before relying on it.
Make sure Rust is fully updated, try the F1 command above, then check the live server and system status. If the problem continues, send support the error you see rather than repeatedly retrying.
